What Is The Religion Of Islam || Buddhism And Islam || The Comparative Religions

Here we will prove the truth of Islam by comparing religions

There are innumerable and innumerable proofs of the truthfulness of Islam and the authenticity of the prophet hood of Prophet Muhammad, however, the following proofs are enough to convince a fair, sane and sincere person who is engrossed in searching for the truth. These arguments can be divided into the following categories.

·      Natural arguments:

Islam is in complete harmony with Fitrat al-Salimah, to which Allah Almighty says:

( فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا فِطْرَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا لَا تَبْدِيلَ لِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ )

Translation: So be single and focus your attention on religion. This is the divine nature on which He has created people. There can be no change in this creation of Allah, this is the true religion. But most people don't know. [Al-Rum:30]

Arabic Words of Hadith: " تُنْتَجُ الْبَهِيمَةُ بَهِيمَةً جَمْعَاءَ " It means that the animal is born healthy and whole with no defects, and the stages of cutting ears etc. take place after its birth.

In the same way every human being is born a Muslim by nature, any deviation from Islam is actually a deviation from nature, that is why we do not find anything in Islamic teachings that contradicts nature. Rather, the beliefs and practices of Islam are completely consistent with the nature of Islam, while there are ideas and beliefs in other religions, apart from Islam, which are completely contrary to nature.

·      Rational arguments

Shariah texts have addressed the intellect a lot, and have guided the intellect to reflect on rational arguments and proofs. The Qur'an has called many times in the Holy Quran to ponder on the definite arguments that indicate the correctness of Islam. It has gone as the Almighty has said:

( كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آَيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ )

Translation: We have sent down the blessed book to you so that the wise may meditate on its verses and receive guidance.

Qazi Ayaz, may Allah have mercy on him, while talking about the wonders of the Qur'an, says:

"In the Qur'an, Allah has described the methods of restraining the knowledge of the Shari'ah and the intellect through arguments, in the same way He has refuted the sects of all nations with very solid and clear arguments, which are precise in meaning but in words. It is a model of extreme simplicity, until today those who tried to bring a word like the Qur'an by resorting to difficulty and artifice, failed" Anthe

                        Al-Shifa"(1/390)

Therefore, the revelation, which is in the form of the Book and the Sunnah, does not contain anything that the intellect considers impossible or does not recognize, in the same way, there is not a single problem that contradicts the intuitive intellect or rational speculation; On the contrary, if any of the people of falsehood bring their hypothesis to prove their falsehood, then this Qur'an rejects it in the clearest way with a rational explanation, the Almighty says: ( وَلَا يَأْتُونَكَ بِمَثَلٍ إِلَّا جِئْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَأَحْسَنَ تَفْسِيرًا

Translation: Whenever these disbelievers bring an example (objection) to you, We have told you the right and clear answer and the best explanation. [Al-Furqan:33]

Regarding the interpretation of this verse, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may God have mercy on him, says:

"Here Allah has given this news that if the disbelievers come to you with any rational hypothesis to prove their falsehood, then Allah will bring the truth against it, Allah will bring such arguments, examples and explanatory statements. Which is clearer than their speech and makes the truth clear in a better way than the conjecture brought by the disbelievers." The end

"Majmu' Al-Fatawa" (4/106)

·      The Sign Of Miracles And Prophecy:

Allah, the Exalted, bestowed many miracles on the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, breaking habits, and sensory signs, which are proofs of the authenticity of Prophethood and Messengership, such as when he, peace and blessings be upon him, split the moon in two. Food and pebbles recited Tasbeeh in front of you, water began to flow from your fingers, food became blessed and other such miracles and signs were witnessed by a large number of people and these incidents have come down to us with authentic evidence. That they reach the limit of frequency in terms of meaning and they gain confidence.

As it was narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, may Allah be pleased with him, that he was on a journey with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and the water became scarce. So the Companions brought a vessel with a small amount of water in it, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) put his hand in the water and then said: (Come to the blessed and pure water, this blessing is from Allah Almighty. So I saw water coming out of the Prophet's fingers, and we used to hear the glorification of the food while it was being eaten." Al-Bukhari: (3579)

·      Predictions:

By prophecies here is meant the news that was revealed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) through revelation, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) conveyed those news to the people, whether these news were fulfilled during his lifetime or after his death.

Therefore, whatever predictions the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made about the future happened in the same way in the future, this is the proof that Allah used to tell you through revelations and He used to tell you about such unseen things. used to show those who cannot be reached without revelation, for example: It is hadith that: (The Hour will not be established until a fire appears from the Hijaz which will light up the necks of the camels in the vision. )

This hadith is in Sahih Bukhari: (7118) and Muslim: (2902).

This event has happened in the year 654 Hijri as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told us, that is, about 644 years after the death of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Historians have mentioned this in their books such as: Abu Shama Al-Maqdisi, may Allah have mercy on him, wrote in his book: "Dhail al-Ruzateen", Abu Shama, may Allah have mercy on him, is one of the scholars in whose life this event took place. And the end" (13/219)

"Then the year six hundred and four began and in that year a fire appeared on the land of Hijaz, causing the necks of the camels to light up in the vision, in the same way as in the agreed tradition of Bukhari and Muslim. It was prophesied, about this fire, Sheikh Imam Allama Hafiz Shahab al-Din Abu Shama al-Maqdisi, may God have mercy on him, has written about it in his book Al-Ar-Ruzateen and its share. Written in the light of the letters, those who observed the fire in these letters have also mentioned the complete details of how the fire started and other related issues were also present in them.

A summary of what Abu Shama mentioned there is as follows: "Letters are being received from Medina Prophet in Damascus - peace and blessings be upon the inhabitants of that city - that there was a fire in their place on the 5th of Jumadi Saniya this year. And this letter was written on the 5th of Rajab, which reached us on the 10th of Sha'ban, then it is said:

"In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful, in the year five hundred and four of the Hijri, a letter was received in Damascus from Madinah in the early part of Sha'ban, in which there were details of a very great matter that had taken place in Madinah, about which the tradition of Sahih Bukhari and It was narrated in Muslim on the authority of Abu Huraira, who said that

the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Doomsday will not be established until a fire emerges from the land of Hijaz, in the light of which the necks of the camels of Al-Basri will light up. He has also seen this light, and it has reached him that he has written books under its light at a place called Tayma." [is] And despite being such a big fire, there was no heat or heat in it, this fire was a great sign of Allah Almighty.

·      Attributes and attributes of Muhammadﷺ

The greatest evidence for the authenticity of Muhammad's Prophethood is his personality and all the highest moral values that he was characterized by, and due to which he reached the ascension of humanity. This high position and position is so great that only a prophet and messenger of Allah can reach it.

Well motivated to be And he showed himself to be a practical example of it, he stopped and warned against all the bad manners and he himself stayed away from them, until his moral standard became so high that it was his prophethood. And caused apostasy; Because he had reached the level of giving the right direction and spreading the meaning of good morals and high qualities,

he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ended the moral decline that arose in the age of ignorance and gave it a rise. As it is in the blessed hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: (Indeed I have been sent to fulfill good morals)

It was narrated by Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) (8739) and Haythami (may Allah have mercy on him) says in “Majma al-Zawaid” that its narrator is the narrator of Sahih Bukhari. In the same way, Al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him) also declared it as Sahih in Sahih Al-Jami: (2349).

The miracles granted to him (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were also proof of the truthfulness of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him); It used to be that whenever he (PBUH) would tell people that he was a prophet sent by Allah, some people would challenge him to show the proof, then Allah (PBUH) would give him a miracle. He supported.

A miracle is a habitual thing, most of the time the miracle was not in response to a challenge from Allah, nor was it in the context of taunting for being a liar, in such a case the miracle was to keep the hearts of the Companions steadfast.

·      The Essence Of The Invitation Of Muhammad

Originally, the summary and essence of the invitation of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was to develop the correct beliefs based on the principles of Shari’ah and the principles of good nature, his invitation to believe in Allah Almighty, and to believe in Him alone in Godship and Lordship. was called, in the light of this call, the person entitled to worship is only one person of Allah;

Because Allah Almighty is the creator, owner, manager, sovereign and ruler of this universe, He is the owner of profit and loss, He is the owner of providing sustenance to all creatures, no one has a share in His authority, nor No one is his partner or partner, Allah is free from partner, partner, adeel and second.

Translation: You should say: Allah is One. [1] Allah is without need.

Other Place Says:

Translation: Tell them: I am a human being like you. [Yes, there is a difference] Like me, it is revealed that your God is the only God. Therefore, whoever hopes to meet his Lord should do good deeds and not associate anyone else in the worship of his Lord. [Al-Kahf: 110]

The call of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) destroys all forms and forms of polytheism and provides freedom to jinn and humans from false gods; Therefore, no stone, grave or star can be worshiped in the light of the invitation of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). In the same way, it is not permissible to worship material, lust, lust, kings and any other authority on this earth after the Prophet's invitation.

The call of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is to free all mankind from the slavery of people and to save them from the curse of idolatry and the atrocities of tyranny and to save them from their vain desires and lusts.

The blessed invitation of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) calls for monotheism, like all previous divine messengers, which is the reason why Islam has also invited to believe in all the previous prophets and messengers, respect and honor them and They have been encouraged to believe in the books that were revealed to them, so if the da'wah is so comprehensive, then it is undoubtedly the da'wah of truth.

·       The Good News In The Previous Books About The Prophet And The Religion Of Islam

In the books of the previous prophets, there is a mention of the religion of Islam and the good news of the coming of Mr. Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. The Holy Quran also informs us that there are tidings of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the Torah and the Gospel. That which describes your name and attributes, is the word of God:

Translation: Those who follow the messenger who is Nabi Umi, whose mention they find written in the Torah and the Gospel. That Messenger enjoins them from what is good and forbids them from what is evil, forbids for them what is pure and what is unclean, removes their burdens from them, and opens the fetters in which they were bound. So those who believe in him and support him and help him and follow the light that has been sent down with him, those are the ones who will prosper [Al-A'raf: 157]

Allah Almighty also says:

( وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَمُبَشِّرًا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي اسْمُهُ أَحْمَدُ )

Translation: And when Jesus Ibn Maryam said. O children of Israel! Indeed, I am the messenger of Allah sent to you and the one who confirms the Torah that was revealed before me. And I am going to give good tidings of a messenger who will come after me and his name will be Ahmad. [Al-Saf: 6]

And on the other hand, in the books of the Jews and Christians, the Torah and the Gospel, there are still good tidings that give good news about the Prophet's mission and prophethood, and also describe some of his attributes, although these tidings are erased. And many attempts were made to change it but still some survived, such as the Book of Deuteronomy, Chapter: (33) in verse number: (2) that:

"And he said, The Lord came from Sinai and appeared to them from Seir, He descended from Mount Paran."

Now here in "Mujam al-Buldan" (3/301) it says: In the word "Faran" there is Al after Ra and the last letter is Noon, it came from Hebrew to Arabic and it is one of the names of Makkah. Which is mentioned in the Torah, some also say that it is the name of one of the hills of Mecca.

Ibn Maqula Abu Bakr bin Nasr bin Qasim bin Qadaa al-Qada'i al-Farani al-Askandarini says: I have heard that their relative is towards the mountains of Faran and they are located in the Hijaz.

Likewise in the Torah that:

"The Lord came from Sinai and was revealed by poetry and was revealed by Paran."

·       The Holy Quran

The greatest clear and glorious miracle is the Holy Qur'an, the proof of God's creation until the Day of Resurrection. The Holy Qur'an has the ability to be a miracle in many ways, for example: the miracle of the style of speech, the miracle of science, Shariah miracles and news of matters related to the unseen and the future are also included in the miracles of the Qur'an.

And Allah says:

Translation: So let them bring words like this if they are true. [Al-Tur: 34] is intended to refute those who said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fabricated this Qur'an by himself, then the Qur'an challenged them. If they are true in their claim, then they should also invent a similar word!; Because this claim means that it is not beyond human power to bring them a word like the Holy Qur'an, so if their claim is true, why don't they bring a Qur'an like it!? Although he was also a knight of eloquence!

Allah Ta'ala challenged the disbelievers to come up with something comparable to the Holy Qur'an but they failed, as the Holy Qur'an itself mentions:

( قُلْ لَئِنِ اجْتَمَعَتِ الْإِنْسُ وَالْجِنُّ عَلَى أَنْ يَأْتُوا بِمِثْلِ هَذَا الْقُرْآَنِ لَا يَأْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ظَهِيرًا )

Translation: Say to them: If all humans and jinn gather together to produce something like the Qur'an, they will not be able to produce it, even if they all help each other. [Al-Israa: 88]

Allah Ta'ala also told them to bring only ten surahs of the Holy Qur'an, but they failed, mentioning this he said:

( أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ قُلْ فَأْتُوا بِعَشْرِ سُوَرٍ مِثْلِهِ مُفْتَرَيَاتٍ وَادْعُوا مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِين َ)

Translation: Do they say that this Qur'an was fabricated by him? Answer: Then you also bring ten surahs folded like this and invite with you whomever you like besides Allah, if you are truthful. [Hood: 13]

Then he was also told to bring only one surah similar to it, but he failed in that too, Allah says:

( وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ فِي رَيْبٍ مِمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا فَأْتُوا بِسُورَةٍ مِنْ مِثْلِهِ وَادْعُوا شُهَدَاءَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ )

Translation: If you are in doubt about this word that We have revealed to Our servant, then you should also produce a Surah similar to it. And call all your relatives besides Allah. if you are true [Al-Baqarah: 23]

Now this description that the Holy Qur'an is a miracle? There are different opinions of the scholars about this, the best of them is Al-Wasi, may God have mercy on him, who says: "The Holy Qur'an is a miracle in both total and partial respects, even the smallest surah of the Holy Qur'an is a miracle, the order and context of the surah, the eloquence, the news of the unseen, the compatibility in intellect and the subtlety of meaning, etc. Humanity is powerless to compare it, sometimes all this is clear and bright in a single verse, and sometimes it is not clear but hidden, for example: In every verse there is no information about unseen affairs, so there is no information in it. There is nothing wrong with it, because the verses in which there are reasons for miracles are sufficient and the purpose is being fulfilled by them." The end

"Ruh al-Ma'ani" (1/29)

There are many detailed arguments under each of the briefly mentioned categories which there is no space to mention here, so it would be better to refer to the books written on the subject.

All Muslims are advised to acquire knowledge of the Book and the Sunnah, study the books that teach the correct belief, and learn their religious affairs in order to improve their piety and serve their Lord with insight.

We pray to the Lord of Jesus, Moses and Muhammad to grant us the opportunity to understand the religion of Islam۔
