is one of the basic elements of Islam. It is the most important member after
faith in Allah and His Messenger. Its obligation is proven by the Qur'an and
Sunnah and the consensus of the Ummah. It was assumed on the occasion of
Shab-i-Miraj. According to the Qur'an, Sunnah and Ijma, Prayers are offered
five times a day۔

The
importance of prayer in the Islamic system of worship can be well estimated
from the fact that prayer has been mentioned at 92 places in the Holy Quran.
And in many places, the order of prayer has been entered Among them, the order
of prayer has come, here are some of them:
(1وَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتُواْ
الزَّكَاةَ وَارْكَعُواْ مَعَ الرَّاكِعِينَO(البقره، 2 : 43)
“And Offer prayer
and pay zakat and bow with those who bow”

“He used to order his family to pray and give Zakat and he was pleased with
his Lord”
Order Of Prayer In Hadith:
There Are five pillars of islam and after accepting Allah Almighty as one,
the one that has been emphasized the most is the prayer and the following
hadiths will make it clear what place the prayer has in Islam.
16)
"Islam is based
on five things: worshiping Allah and rejecting the worship of all but Him,
Offering prayer, paying Zakat, performing Hajj to the House of Allah and
fasting in Ramadan."
"Allah Almighty
has made five prayers obligatory, whoever performs the best ablution for these
prayers and performs them at their time, bows completely to them and acts
humbly in them, then Allah Almighty will forgive him. And whoever did not do
all this, Allah Almighty has no responsibility for him, whether He wishes to
forgive him or punish him if He wishes”.
The importance of
prayer is so great that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon
him) emphasized prayer the most among the things he bequeathed to the Ummah at
the time of his departure.
Rather, according to
Hazrat Ali al-Murtaza (may Allah be pleased with him), the last words that came
to the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) tongue were these:
الصَّلَاةَ
الصَّلَاةَ، اتَّقُوا اﷲَ فِيْمَا مَلَکَتْ أَيْمَانُکُمْ.
(أبوداود،
السنن، کتاب الأدب، باب في حق المملوک، 4 : 378، رقم : 5156)
"Never miss the prayer and fear Allah about your slave and
slave."
Benefits Of Praying For Health:
Allah and His
Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) have described prayer as a
distance between faith and disbelief.
The spiritual and
religious blessings of prayer are Muslim in their place, but now we will
describe the medical benefits of prayer.
Because no better light and continuous exercise can be imagined than prayer. (Physiotherapists) say that there is no benefit to that exercise which is not continuous or is done so much that the body gets tired Nearly all sorts of exercise and physiotherapy can be found in the best form during the practice that Allah the Exalted has given as a means of worship.
According to medical
science, standing up and sitting in prayer five times a day is very beneficial
for health. Just as the organs move in exercise, in the same way the organs
move in prayer.
Another great
benefit is that prayer reduces the cholesterol i.e. fat in the blood.
Apart from this, it
protects against heart attack, hypothyroidism, diabetes and other diseases.
Along with mental
peace, many types of psychological and physical diseases are also removed by
praying.
Prayer maintains balance in the body muscles.
Reduces back
tension, acute pain and mental stress.
Bending from a standing position (especially at Fajr), sitting on two knees is very helpful in removing Fat .
Performing salam in
two, three or four rakats improves the expansion and contraction of the muscles
of the neck and face.
Leaning forward,
then standing up, balances the muscles in the shoulders and spine. If one prays
correctly i.e. with complete uniformity and humility, he naturally attains
peace. Allah says:
Translated by
Kanzal-e-Iman: "Listen, the remembrance of Allah is the heart's pain.
(Surah Ra'ad 13, Verse No. 28)
According to modern scientific research, the fat that accumulates in the arteries gradually narrows our arteries and as a result of this, deadly diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke are born.
Normally, the amount of cholesterol
in the human body is between 150 and 250 mg. After eating food, its amount in
our blood suddenly increases.
A simple and natural way to dissolve cholesterol before it
coagulates has been given by Allah in the form of Five Namaz. Three of the five
prayers obligatory on a Muslim throughout the day, namaz Fajr (morning), Asr
(afternoon) and Maghrib (sunset), are performed at times when the human stomach
is usually empty, so these The rakats of prayers were kept short.
Zuhr and Isha prayers are usually performed after meals, so keep
their rak'ats twelve and seventeen respectively to resolve high cholesterol
levels.
In Ramadan, after breaking the fast, due to the consumption of
relatively large amounts of food and drinks, the amount of cholesterol in the
body increases to an unusual level compared to normal days, so along with
seventeen rak'ats of Isha, twenty rak'ats of Taraweeh prayer are also performed.
Prayer has not just
made it clear how prudent it is to maintain a healthy cholesterol level.
through modern research, but the blessed hadith of the Holy
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is equally crucial. According to Hazrat Aisha
Siddiqa (RA), the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said:
Melt your food with the remembrance of
God and prayer.
Tabarani, Al-Mu)’jam
Al-Awsat, 5: 500, No4949
"Resolve your
diet (of cholesterol) by remembering Allah and praying."
There is no region of
the body that does not receive light, beneficial exercise if we perform five
prayers in accordance with the teachings and example of the Holy Prophet
(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).
I pray to Allah
Almighty to give me the ability to tell the truth and to make everyone follow
the truth.
